Contest Rules

• There is no entry fee and no purchase required to enter this competition. The users just have to enter into Alisons facebook/linked-in page; Share, Comment and Like the related Post to get free Website. 10 fans selected in the lucky draw will be the winners for this competition.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Closing date for entry will be 30/6/2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions, any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

• Selected winners will be given a website with Domain and hosting free for 1 year after which they can renew with Alisons or can get the website files. Content for the website should be provided by winner themselves.

• The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

• Winners will be chosen:   by conducting a lucky draw from all entries received and verified by Promoter.

• Winners will be notified by email or on Linked-in/Facebook. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kannur.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Linked or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Alisons and not to any other party.

• Alisons decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

• Alisons shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
